Best Guacamole Recipe Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/2 a red onion chopped small
Bunch of corriander chopped finely
1 red chili chopped small
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 lime
Pinch of salt

Best Guacamole Recipe Method
Slice avocados in half and take out the stones.
Take the avocado flesh out with a dessert spoon and place in a large bowel or pot.
Peel the onion and chop it as finely as possible
Slice the chili in half lengthways and take the seeds out and chop it finely.
Slice avocado as thinly as possible
Place all these ingredients into a bowl or pot
Mix all ingredients and then start to mash the ingredients with a fork
Add fresh juice of one lime when its all mashed together and looking like guacamole
Chop both tomatoes as small as possible
Take coriander leaves and chop finely
Place both tomatoes and coriander in pot and mix in with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and some fresh black pepper to season.
Mix all together and serve.
This best guacamole recipe only takes minutes to create. As guacamole is sensitive to air
create an hour before guest arrived and put the mix in the fridge and cover it with clingfilm.
As soon as you hear the doorbell ring go and take it out of the fridge when the guest arrive and enjoy.

Serve with tortillas or on toasted sourdough bread.
