Francis Lanuza is soon to drop and 'mint' his first collection of NFTs on Opensea.io over 100 Lucky Dragons.
Lanuza is a very talented architect who graduated cum laude in University, a gifted fine artist and interior designer. He is currently based in Ireland which has a very supportive arts culture.
His body of work is set to accrue in value over the coming years. Lanuza has been featured in the national press and also has won open national art commissions.
NFTs or Non Fungible Tokens have garnered a huge interest internationally with a huge financial investment coming from Asia mainly from China. Today top market places also include Thailand with over 6 million users of NFTs and Brazil with 5 million according to Statistica.
The most popular NFTs are Bored Ape NFTs, Monkey NFTs and Cryptopunk NFTs. They sell to collectors for thousands.
According to Precedence Research the global NFT market cap today is valued at $65 Billion.
100 Lucky Dragons NFTs
Lanuza has created 100 NFT Lucky Dragons to launch his NFT career for his first drop. This will obviously be of huge interest in Asia with the dragon been hugely symbolic and a sign of luck. Thailand and Brazil too.
Here is an image one of the unique NFTs people can buy on Lanuza's Opensea.io page.
Artists like Lanuza are drawn to this creative space due to the fact with NFTs, artists receive up to 10% on any resale of each unique NFT they produce which is very fair on artists.
Lanuza says,' In spite of the digital landscape constantly shifting, digital collectibles still remain significant for many collectors. High-quality NFT art continues to be a point of interest for those looking to merge technology with cultural and artistic expression. When a piece combines artistry with deep-rooted symbolism, it becomes a unique part of a digital portfolio and forms important cultural assets.'
The global NFT market is set to grow to $100 billion within a decade especially in a world dominated by AI.
Lucky Dragons Artistic Features
These artworks are beautifully detailed, showcasing powerful and lucky red dragons winding through stylised clouds or floral patterns. Dragons are also seen as guardians and protectors of the earth so this collection will also be of interest to environmentalists.
'Their sharp fangs, blazing eyes, and intricately sculpted scales bridge the gap between ancient mythology and digital artistry, and all amongst backdrops of success, wealth and good fortune symbols,' he says of his Luck Dragon NFT collection.
More than visual art, every dragon NFT from this iSCO collection serves as a modern digital talisman designed to bring luck, fortune, and prestige to its holder on the blockchain.
Traditionally, the dragon is the supreme symbol of success and protection.
Benefits of NFTs for Artists
Normally artists are only rewarded from the first sale of the painting. This NFT route has them constantly valued as the artist earns a set percentage % from each transaction. Normally between 5 or 10% each time the NFT sells and changes hands as part of the artworks evolving provenance.
There are many people out there who like to support art and artists and in particular an emerging artist. Here is their chance to do so.
His trademark iSCO is registered to help professional and seasoned collectors
identify his artistic output, protect his commercial identity and their unique NFTs.
