Are EcoHomme products suitable for all hair types?

The rosemary hair oils and tonic are formulated for general use, but are not recommended for alopecia, broken skin, use during pregnancy, or sensitive/children's skin. Check individual product cautions.

How quickly can I expect results from the Rosemary Hair Oil?

Natural oils work gradually by nourishing the scalp and supporting the hair growth cycle. Many customers begin to notice changes within 4–8 weeks of consistent use. EcoHomme's social media channels feature real customer results.

What makes EcoHomme's Rosemary Oil different from cheaper alternatives? 

EcoHomme's formula combines 4 essential oils and 8 botanical oils in a single product — not just diluted rosemary in a carrier oil. The specific combination of castor, jojoba, avocado, calendula, and vitamin E alongside rosemary is what makes it a comprehensive scalp treatment.

Is the Lavender Pillow Spray safe to use every night?

Yes. It contains only organic essential oils — lavender, chamomile, bergamot, and vetiver — with no synthetic chemicals. It is designed for nightly use.

What is Batana Oil and why should I try it?

Batana oil is a cold-pressed, unrefined oil from the American Palm Tree (Elaeis oleifera), traditionally used by the Miskito people of Honduras — known as the "People of Beautiful Hair." Rich in vitamins A and E, antioxidants, and key fatty acids, it repairs damage, stimulates hair growth, reduces grayness, soothes the scalp, and restores shine. EcoHomme's formula contains just three ingredients — batana kernel oil, grapeseed oil, and Vitamin E — ethically sourced with no parabens, synthetic fragrances, or mineral oils.

Where is EcoHomme based and how quickly do orders arrive?

EcoHomme is based in Cappamore, Co. Limerick, Ireland. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days. Be sure to include your Eircode/postcode and mobile number at checkout for accurate delivery.

What if I'm not satisfied with a product?

EcoHomme offers free returns or exchanges within 30 days. However, in over five years of business, no customer has ever requested one.

Do I need an account to open a shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

 

How do I create an account ?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

 

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

 

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code – how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

How will I know my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
